From its very founding The NFA has had fly fishing education as one of its primary functions. On an annual basis the club offers classes in fly tying, fly casting and rod building for both beginner and advanced students.

NEXT CLASS - Beginning Fly Tying
(The class is now full and no longer open)

What:  The NFA offers a Beginning Fly Tying Class to the public.  The course will be taught by fly tying masters who are members of the Northwest Fly Anglers.  You will learn to tie 11 Northwest trout fly patterns, as well as receive personal instruction on common fly tying skills using your own tying tools.  Materials for the flies tied will be furnished by NFA.

When:  Six weekly sessions starting Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 6:30 pm

Where:  Recycled Cycles, 1109 N 35th Street in the Fremont District of Seattle.

Cost:  The six class series costs $70.

Registration:  Class size is limited so don’t delay.
